Stolen Credit card

Your position in using a stolen credit card given to you by another is that you are not guilty. Talk to a criminal defense lawyer, like myelf. PBJ is not always the best outcome. I suggest you not talk to the State or the police without FIRST talking to a criminal lawyer.

Re: Stolen Credit card

Whether you are eligible for PBJ or another light sentence depends on many factors, such as your rap sheet, if any, and the judge and prosecutor, and mitigating factors, such as your explanation.

You should really consider talking to an experienced criminal defense attorney to more accurately sort out your chances and ensure that they are presented to the judge in the best light.
