Three Strikes Your Out
What year did the Three Strike Your Out law take effect? For example if someone did two criminal act 16 years ago, would the 3 strike rule apply if they commit another crime.

Maryland has no "three strikes and you are out" law. This applies for acts committed under the law of other states.
