Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

Trying to not throw my life away

I have some seriouse drug charges

on my head right now but while

being booked i was strip searched in

front of another person whom was

being arrested and they also

contacted my parents to pick up my

care but told them my charges i'm

wondering if i need to register a

complaint or not?

I'm not sure I understand the question. I think you are asking if you need to register a complaint because the police or jail guards strip searched you in front of another person and contacted your parents. You don't "need" to file a complaint but you may want to depending on the circumstances. If you are a female and were strip searched in front of a male that seems to me to be inappropriate but I'm not sure that their contacting your parents is inappropriate. Arrests are a matter of public record unless you are a juvenile. If you are a juvenile then contacting your parents is not an option for the police, they are required to contact your parents.
