First time felony theft in Maryland
I was charged with felony theft from my old job. I was charged with felony charge over 500 dollars. the full amount is 612 dollars. i have paid 220 so far but i broke my leg and have not been able to work since. my question is what is the level of punishment that i can get for this? Also it is in Prince George's county first time offense and a clean record.

This really depends on the judge. The maximum is 15 years prison, but with a clean record that's unlikely. You should be more concerned with trying to keep the felony off your record. I would definitely try to get a lawyer or the public defender.
