Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Traffic Laws
I want to know if there is a website that has traffic regulations for Montgomery County Maryland, as I received 2 tickets I want to fight. The official county site is rather complex and not user friendly

Re: Traffic Laws
Traffic laws are governed by State Statute, Transportation Code, not by the County. You will find the Transportation Code in the Maryland Code,a copy of which should be in your local library. However, you will be far better off in fighting the tickets by taking an attorney to Court. All the defenses to tickets are not in the Code, but in the knowledge of an expierenced attorney.
