My fiance has a warrant for violation of probation, but he was incarcated at the time of the warrant, it was never served on him, he is now in Baltiomre correctional facility serving time. However, i was wondering what will happen with this stituation? Is it possilble the case can be thrown out or can the judge maybe let him reinstate is probation since this was his first violation?

Re: Violation of probation
The court needs to be made aware that he is serving time in Baltimore, so they can issue a writ to have him transported to the courthouse for his VOP hearing. You should probably get a defense attorney.
