Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

I was walking on my apartment complex property, which is adjacent to Towson University, when I was jumped, attacked, then thrown-into a car and taken to a jail cell. Not only was I not read any rights, these two men never identitified themselves. I thought I was being attacked and mugged because were I was at, is known for attacks. Then I had my Constitutional Rights violated. Now, their is now limited on kidnapping, but Constitutional Rights I am not sure. Towson Univesity --- Debra Miorty and her girlfriend that week was Jana Varwig -- locked m in rooms and threatened me and then banned me from university because I would not allow them to continue to lock me in rooms without a lawyer. I was told the Constitution does not apply at Towson University. Also, I was not on Towson Univesity campus when I was attacked by Towson University police. Why are they leaving campus to attack someone walking down the street. Then they slept at the police station while on duty. No one from Maryland will return a letter. I want to justice. Do I have a case. A friend on my said there was not a statue of limitation on kidnapping and I was kidnapped since I was not on campus and the arrest record state that.
