warrantless search
if the driver gives consent to search his car but the passanger doent give consent to search his bag..is the officer aloud to to do it anyway???

I would have to say that this depends on the situation, but likely the officers can search the bag if it is capable of containing what they are looking for, drugs, guns, etc.
