What'll Happen?

Marijuana was found in my mom's car and she said that I was the one that had to put it there (which I didnt), so she called the cops on me. I didnt answer any questions and I wasnt charged with anything yet, but my dad said the cop turned the papers into the court. What should happen next?

If you are charged, you should receive a criminal summons, unless they have issued a warrant. That sounds like a suspect fact pattern. I would contact an attorney with more details.
