wire fraud
I took a loan out from one of those payday companies and when the went to make a withdrawal from my bank account for the money they deposited for me I had insufficient funds in my account in which they contacted my bank to see if I had withdrew the funds they deposited in which I did but did not know another check came thru and now they are alleging I committed wire fraud for $320

Your question is incomplete. If a check was deposited in your name then the loan company should have notified your bank. This being said, if you drew funds against the account leaving it with insufficient funds then rectify the balance as quickly as you are able. A workout may be possible.
