Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Maryland

I am starting an online adult foot fetish site and would like to ensure I will not get in any sort of legal trouble for paying the models to perform sexual acts on me since I will also be in these movies. Their will be a contract involved but i want to make sure before I proceed.

Each county in Maryland has its own obscenity laws. You will also need to comply with Maryland state law and federal law concerning pornography. It would be worth paying an attorney a couple of hours of his time to review the requirements with you. Better safe than sorry. Best of luck.
