Driving While Intoxicated

In 2004 I was arrested for driving under the influence, but I tried to state to the office that my friend my leg. That is why he said I drove left of center but everyone in the car saw that barely went over. Because went I went to court the judge didnt even ask if I need any legal advice he just ruled. Because not even months later my friend had the same incident and the judge offered him to get a public defendent. My question do I have a chance to actually get that removed off my record?

Your question is very difficult to understand. What was the ruling? Probation before judgment?
