Legal Question in DUI Law in Maryland

driving on suspended

what is driving as defined by the state i was in a parked car that was sitting for at least 2 hours with a licensed driver. I was in the driver seat. All the codes state driving was wondering what that entails like since i was behind the wheel i had intent to drive or any other implied meanings. No alcohol or drugs were an issue.

There are various factors to determine if you are "driving", from a case in MD. Key in ignition, location of "driver", lights on, engine running, warm, where/how parked, etc.
