You should consult with an experienced attorney as soon as possible to discuss your options and potential defenses. You are facing both criminal penalties as well as the loss of driving privileges.

You are most likely facing a fine, probation, and alcohol education classes. However, you should definitely get an attorney to look at the case, because there may be constitutional or factual defenses. And if not, you could at least be prevented from getting a conviction that would further affect your drivers' license, and also affect insurance.

Also, the filing deadline to keep your license pending an MVA hearing is very short (10 days), so don't delay!!
