i have 72 hours to see a commisioner for a dui that i recieved last night. What happens if dont go see him

If you don't see the commissioner for a DUI when instructed to do so, a warrant could be issued for your arrest. Since the purpose of seeing the commissioner is for him to advise you of your rights, there is no reason not to see him. You should not go to court without a lawyer.
