Well i be able to keep my license if i got arrested for a dui if its my first time arrested but i blow .20??

You are facing an enhanced suspension for blowing over .15, and there may be an additional suspension for points, depending on what happens with the case in Court. You definitely need to contact an attorney to discuss your case.
