DUI or Not?
Stopped on a motorcycle, taken in to do a breathalyzer and was over the limit but never charged or read rights and they took me home, but gave me 4 tickets. Am i charged with a DUI ?

Probably - there are most likely 3 citations for DUI, DUI per se and DWI. You can look up the citations by number or just search by name by going to http://casesearch.courts.state.md.us
