Legal Question in DUI Law in Maryland

I am a first time DUI offender and rec'd PBJ, I was driving my personal vehicle at the time . How can I avoid having my license, with CDL/HazMat, taken away. My license was suspened for 45 days, already, and I will be terminated from my job of 16 years if I loose my license.

If you got a PBJ, there would be no more suspensions coming as a result of the PBJ itself, but depending on what your breathalyzer result was (or refusal), you may get an MVA CDL suspension notice for 1 year.
