failure to appear/DuI
My husband had a driving while intoxicated back in 10/10/1985, that later insued to a failure to appear.What can be done to clear this matter up?

He needs to file a motion to recall the warrant and re-set for trial. It is possible that after all this time he may need to post a money bond before the judge will grant the motion.

Failure to appear/DuI
It has been my experience that filing a motion on you own to lift the bench warrant on a failure to appear is seldom successful. You should hire a local criminal lawyer, whom will probably have better success.
