You are not encountering discrimination. What you are

experiencing is the difficulty of having to appear before the

Motor Vehicle Administration's Medical Advisory Board (MAB).

The MAB has greater latitude than the Courts or the MVA Office of

Adminstrative Hearings. The basis of the MAB's decision is that they

deem you to be risk and you need to take affirmative steps to address this.

Once these steps are taken, you need to have your actions properly considered by

the MAB. Maintaining certain documentation is usually a foundation that is needed. Once your license is

revoked, the usual actions taken to address a DWI are not as effective. Accordingly, the advice and representation of an attorney is

extremely helpful. For instance, you will not be able to review your file at the MAB; however, with the proper authorizations, an attorney generally will be permitted to
