Reduce 30 day, DUI CHARGES
My brother was late to his court date and missed one.
He was charged with a DUI, for the first time, in the Baltimore MD. He was given 30 days in court with no bail, and he is unable to receive visit until 60 days.
Is there anything his (family) can do for him? Thirty days is a lot...
We would like to speak to him and decrease his 30 days?

Re: Reduce 30 day, DUI CHARGES
30 days for a first offense doesn't sound right, but if he missed court more than once, perhaps he is being held pending trial. If he has already gone to trial and you are unhappy, you can appeal or file a motion to reconsider sentence. Please provide more details to determine what can be done.
