suspension of driving license
i haven't gone to this trial for the suspension of my driving license but i have another ticket by mistake. now i don't know what to do and what to say during the trial ....do i need to mention the other ticket to the trial

First, get your license back. Second, you should probably not ever mention anything that must be proven by the State unless questioned about it under oath. Even if you are found guilty of the first ticket, a pending charge should NOT be held against you for sentencing purposes. You should get an attorney so that you don't have to say anything and to make sure that you get the best deal in court.
