I am 15 years old and need to dropout of high school for mental issues. The law in Maryland says you have to be 16 to dropout. Is there a way i can get an exception?

An underage student must be enrolled in school but resources are available for in home instruction and other options when physically going to a school building isn't feasible. Ideally a parent would contact the school administration and/or the local school board to gauge the best options.
