Legal Question in Education Law in Maryland

I am pursuing a biotech degree at a local college, but they do not offer

the upper level courses required to complete the degree. So in essence,

I can't graduate until they offer the

classes. They have been promising to offer them for several

semesters and they keep giving me excuses. Can I get tuition

back and attend another school

You should hire a Maryland lawyer. It may be that you have signed something that says you are paying per class (a la carte, if you will) and that there is no guarantee the classes necessary to fulfill your degree will be available. With that said, you may be have a good breach of contract case. Again, consult a Maryland lawyer.

Best of luck.******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.********
