Legal Question in Education Law in Maryland
i was searched in my school and i feel it is illegal my hearing with the school board of education is 1/04/11 and im facing expulsion. should i fight it and prove it is illegal because i read articles and the policy and if i have three charges would they not hav involved the policy by now if it wasnt illegal
