Legal Question in Education Law in Maryland
I signed a contract with my employer in which they paid for my degree and I am supposed to stay for four years or else pay them back. How legally enforceable is that contract?

An attorney cannot reasonably gauge enforceability without seeing the contract and learning more about the specific facts. That being said such contracts can be binding and legally valid in the state of Maryland.
