Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Maryland
Can I buy liscensed sports (NFL, NHL, etc.) material (ie, fleece) and make items to sell for personal income?
I've read about First Sale Doctrine, but the fabric websites themselves say material is to be used only for personal use, not resell of products and therefore the limit the amount one can purchase at a time.
