Which forms I need
I just started a adult entertainment business and I need to know which forms I need for model release, its going to be internet porn and dvd porn, nude photos, and nude webcam work, and I want to go all over to shoot the porn scenes

You need model releases as well as model information forms that collect the necessary information to protect you. If you are going to be on the Internet, you also need to comply with 18 USC �2257 which is a law that requires certain disclosures and record-keeping for those involved with supplying the public with depictions of sexual activity.
