I am an attorney with 18 years of expereince in intellectual property law and personal services contracts. I would be happy to write the agreement for you. In the Agreement,you need to get the models's consent to use their name and likeness, obtain the copyright rights for any photographs used to market the models, obtain the models's permission to place them with various agencies; describe how you will market them to the agencies; and gurantee an exclsuive arrangement for yourself. This is a very simple agreement, and I do not envision it taking any more than 8 hours of my time.

Also you need to form a legal entity (either S-Corporation, or Limited Liability Company)in either Delaware or Nevada. I would not advise doing business as a sole proprietorship for liability reasons. I would happy to do this for you as well.
