Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Maryland

i video taped my friend and his ex-girlfriend having a huge fight because it was hilarious. I and two of my other friends were also present. The video is mostly focused on my buddy but his ex-girlfriend appears for about 20 seconds in the 4 min video. If i was to post this video on youtube and/or facebook, would she be able to sue me even though they were arguing infront of everyone and the camera phone was in front of them and not hidden? the video was taken inside of my buddy's garage. My friend that was in it is perfectly fine with the idea of posting it on youtube and/or facebook.
