Re: On 9-16-02,I have been summons to appear in person before the Circuit Court

Paternity, child custody, and child support can be addressed all in one hearing or

the matters can be scheduled for hearings on different dates. You have the legal right to counter claim

or plead original matters not of a counter claim. You should obtain an attorney. The longer you wait the more difficult it may

be to obtain an attorney let alone one at a reasonable cost.
