Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

401 k

My x wife to be will be getting half of my 401k. Would she get the vested portion or the ending balance? I will be fully vested with the company I work for in a year in a half and we will be divorced in 7 months?

She'll get a share of the part accruing during the marriage.
