A seasoned family attorney would know what pertinent provisions to include, such as how decision making regarding the child is to be made, the amount of support, provisions for adjusting support over time based upon income changes, and a visitation schedule for the dad and who is responsible for delivering the child for that. Also such things as providing health coverage and access to school records, if that is important to the father.
