Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

18 year old daughter

My daughter turned 18 in February and has 2 months of high school left until she graduates. We found out she is plotting with her boyfriend to move in with his parents even though they have had all of their children taken away and put in foster homes. We want her to stay at home until she graduates. Is there anything we can do to prevent her from being able to leave before she graduates high school? Please and thank you.

Re: 18 year old daughter

If she is 18 she is legally an adult, and you can't keep her from leaving, but she needs to know, and so do the boyfriend and his family, that you will no longer be supporting her. If all of their children are in foster care, why is the boyfriend there?
