On her own?

Does a 16 year old female, who has a baby, must remain under the supervision of her parents?

Re: On her own?

A 16-year old is legally a child and remains a child despite motherhood. She is therefore under the guardianship of her parents. However, this does not apply with respect to her pregnancy or the raising of her own child.
