Can a 17 year old leave home without being considered a runaway?

Can a seventeen year old leave home without being considered a runaway? If she is pregnant, will be living with the father of her child, has her ged, has a job in which she can support herself??

Under the circumstances you present, there is a likelihood that this "child" will be considered to be emancipated and therefore not a runaway.

If you are married, you surely will be emancipated. Otherwise, court orders may change things since you are still a minor. You can petition for a change of custody between your parents.
