You would have to file a court petition seeking emancipation, meaning asking the court to recognize you as an adult and therefore able to make your own decisions. If there is another family member or responsible adult willing to take you in, you and they could file a petition seeking to establish a guardianship. Either would have to be served on your mother so that she could have an opportunity to object to the petition. I would think that the reasons you cite would either cause your petition to be granted, provided you can provide the court with a suitable living plan, or at least an order allowing you to go back to school.
