That would depend on who "she" is and what your goals are. I assume you are referring to your spouse. If you are seeking a divorce, it would depend on how long she has been gone. In general, you can file for absolute divorce after a 12 month separation period on grounds of voluntary separation or actual desertion.

If there are support issues (child support, alimony) you may also file for a limited divorce immediately. In either scenario, you would need to find her to serve the divorce papers.
