how to account for money under the table

I have a court date set for in a couple of months. My child's father works as a club promoter. He will most likely not appear on the court date. How do I accurately account for his income made if he is paid in cash?

If you are not working with an attorney, you are at a severe disadvantage. An attorney knows how to use the discovery rules and subpoenas to get this type of information. If there are children involved, court rules require each party to produce pay records so that the appropriate amount of child support can be determined.
