Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My adult daughter and I are at odds and I want her to move out. What steps do I need to follow to legally put her out of my home? She does not pay rent, nor contribute to the household. She does receive mail at the address.

She's not a tenant, so you don't have to evict her. Nonetheless, you should give her a reasonable amount of time, in writing, before putting her out. Consult an attorney for more details.
