We have an agreement to 50/50 custody in the state of Maryland and now want to move to PA for financial reasons. We want to now go for full custody and live in PA . How do we go about this so we can move as soon as possible.

It depends entirely on the terms of your final divorce/custody decree/divorce agreement. You may need to obtain your ex-spouse's consent. You may have to go back to court and petition for a modification of the custody arrangement. Your best option is to consult with a Maryland family law attorney about the specifics of your case -- bring your documentation with you.

Best of luck.******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.*******
