alcohol abuse during visits

my daughter complains that her dad

drinks excessively during their visits.

She comes home crying!!! Im scared

to death for her but according to the

court order ''she has to go''. What if

any are my chances of modifying

visitation because of this ???

I think you have a valid argument to make that visitation should be restricted if he has a drinking problem. You can request a social services study and if they confirm it, some rehab program can be ordered and completion required before unsupervised visitation resumes. If he's responsible for transporting her to and from, that adds to the concern.
