How to Amend a Motion to Modify

I filed a motion to modify counseling, and after reveiwing my motion have found that I have inaccurate information listed. When doing an Amended Motion to Modify Counseling, do I just alter the information listed in the original, adding correct info and removing info, or do I have to do something different? Do I have to cancel the original Motion and refile a new or just Amend what I have with current and accurate information? thank you.

Just rewrite the amended motion with the correct information.
