My annual income is 18000 us$,i'm having a 3 months small kid ,my husband is taking my salary for his loans,,also he is not treating me properly..can i keep my baby with me if i divorce,coz he is asking this baby to him..

How can he take your money for his loans. Do you have a separate bank account with your name on the account? If so, he cannot write checks from your account.

Custody and visitation will be based on the best interest of the child. It is impossible to guess what a judge may decide. Nevertheless, if there is going to be a custody fight, you should seek counsel. You should check for pro bono services in Maryland.
