answer to limited divoce
my husband filed for limted divorce on constructive desertion and voluntary separaton. I answered with the complaint with we have has sexual relations durng this time and I didn't want him to go. He got mad a removed all moneys from bank accounts leavng me and my children with nothng. Do I have to wait for the courts or should file something for help. I have no money to hire an attorney. What do I do? I have been a stay home for 6 years and tryng to fnd a job.

The first thing you should do is see if you can get a pro bono (free) or reduced fee attorney through your county bar association. If you have no income, you should qualify. You can file a petition for custody and support for your children pending the divorce case, and also for temporary support for yourself. If he is employed and the court awards support to you, his employer will have to deduct the support from his paycheck and send it to you.
