Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Can I attend a contempt hearing for ex

CSE filed contempt against my ex for nonpayment of support. Its next month. At this point, I have not been asked to attend, but can I just show up to sit in on the hearing? If I do, can they call me to testify?

Yes, it's a public hearing, so you can attend. You could be called to testify.
