Can an attorney that withdrew from a divordce case due to billing disputes be compelled to retrn as my counsel

I have a motion to compel her to turn over my documents in case I need a new attorney. We have disputes about billing and she made motions and supeonas that I told her weren't going to be fruitful. Can a judge compel her to return as my counsel as I am down to the merits (last ) part.

If the attorney's appearance has already been stricken from the record, she won't be compelled to return. However, despite the fee dispute she cannot withhold documents from you if doing so impairs your ability to pursue your case.
