Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I'm not sure where to begin due to the manipulation tactics and me being nave to think the father of my son would step up to the plate. I recently had an agreement put in place for my 6 month old son. 50/50 everything. I purposefully had FROR added for 2+ hours away knowing he would use it. I have my son 80% of his time on top of my 50% (which I'm ok with in terms of time with my son!). He fraudulently stated a different income than his 2013 taxes (the ones that would have been used at the time) reflected. He has neglected to pay myself for medical fees I've paid up front which is part of the agreement, has been in contempt on numerous occasions, is mentally and somewhat physically abusive towards me. I also know he has the ability to make $10,000 residual plus $6,250 per month in two positions per his April 2015 divorce decree (completed AFTER my agreement).

Is it too hasty to do a modification? Can I sue for unpaid medical bills as they're all in collections and he's out buying all kinds of things? Can I attempt to get voluntary impoverishment based on the divorce decree documents I have? (He drives a $900/mo Jaguar XKR and "was nice enough to write off the $127/mo I'd supposedly owe him. I have student loans, credit cards, money removed from checks for payments to companies, I hold insurance, etc and none of this factored.)

Any assistance would be great. Thank you.

If your ex is in violation of any of the terms of your agreement and it was incorporated into the divorce judgment, you can file an order to show cause directing him to show why he shouldn't be held in contempt of court. You raised a number of issues which can be complicated, and it would be wise to seek legal representation. If the cost of same is a problem, there are reduced fee or pro bono programs available in many MD counties through the county bar association lawyer referral service or something akin, depending on where your case was processed. Of course, you would have to income qualify for these services.
