me and my boyfriend have had are son sence he was born we both take care of him when i had my son i was under age so my mom got part custy even tho he was being taken care of by her im 18 now iv had my own place for a year now and before then i wasnt liveing with her and now she gets childsuport from me and my boyfriend when are son lives with us how can we stop her and can we get back all the money she has stolein from us?

You will have to file a petition to modify custody in family court, and be able to demonstrate that you are able to take care of him. Your boyfriend will have to continue to provide support for the child if you get custody. As for the last part of your question I assume you are alluding to the fact that you are paying support to your mother who doesn't have actual custody. Once you are granted custody those payments will stop and you may be entitled to reimbursement for any payments you made after you file court papers.
