Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

me and my little brother reside in the state of maryland. for personal family reasons our parents are living the US to reside in another country ,we are foreigners and they are not coming back.

Now with school and Fasfa( they are asking for info because he is supose to be with our parents) and just him being taken care offmy prents wants me to get LEGAL GUARDIANSHIP of him until he can be fully on his own.

how to i go about filling out the papers? and procedures?

You have to file a petition in the circuit court of your county to be appointed as legal guardian. A court hearing is involved. I suggest you consult with an attorney who is knowledgeable in these matters so that it is done properly.
